............................................................. W.P.(C).No.20105 of 2015 ............................................................. Dated this the 29th day of July, 2015 J U D G M E N T The petitioner, who is presently working as Executive Engineer under the 1st respondent Board, is aggrieved by Ext.P2 order of transfer whereby he has been transferred to Kozhikode from Palakkad where he is presently working. Although various contentions have been raised in the writ petition against the order of transfer, the petitioner would now limit his submissions to seeking a direction to the 1st respondent Board, before whom Ext.P3 representation filed by the petitioner is pending, to consider and dispose the same expeditiously after hearing the petitioner.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing counsel for the respondent Board. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.3 representation preferred by the petitioner, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the
W.P.(C).No.20105 of 2015 writ petition together with copy of this judgment before the 1st respondent for further action.
