Dated this the 18th day of August, 2015 J U D G M E N T The petitioner, who is presently working as Executive Engineer under the 1st respondent Board is aggrieved by an order of transfer issued to her pursuant to which she has been transferred from Palakkad to Kannur. Although various grounds have been raised in the writ petition against the order of transfer, and this Court had by an interim order dated 03.07.2015 stayed the implementation of Ext.P2 order, to the extent it related to the petitioner, during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner would now be satisfied with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation that has been preferred by the petitioner before him after hearing the petitioner.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing counsel for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on

Ext.P3 representation preferred by the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after hearing the petitioner and the 4th respondent. I make it clear that, till such time as orders are passed by the 1st respondent as directed above and communicated to the petitioner, the interim order passed by this Court shall continue to be in force.
