Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Senior Government Pleader.

This writ petition has been filed alleging police harassment and praying for a direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader submits that several criminal cases were registered against the brother of the petitioner, Suresh Kumar and his name was also included in the KAAPA Act. It is submitted that the petitioner was to be interrogated only with regard to the criminal cases registered against his brother and no kind of harassment has been meted out by the petitioner.

From the facts brought on record, we are of the view that at present there is no case of police harassment. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is closed.
