JUDGMENT

Aggrieved by the non-issue of temporary permit to the petitioner, he has come up before this Court.

2. The petition is the owner of stage carriage bearing Reg. No.KL 5/K 8707. He had applied for temporary permit on the route between Madathara and Kollam in the vacancy of stage carriage bearing No.KL-46/2254. The petitioner alleges that the original bus is not operating and on account of the same, there is a temporary need under Section 87(1) of the Motor Vehicles Act warranting issuance of temporary permit.

3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

4. When the matter came up, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined his argument to the limited prayer for considering

WP(C).20142/15 -:2:- Ext.P1 application by the respondent in the light of Ext.P2 judgment of this Court.

Considering the nature of the submission, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P1 application submitted by the petitioner in the light of Ext.P2 judgment within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
