J U D G M E N T

The petitioner seeks consideration of Ext.P1 representation, which according to the petitioner is for assignment of 1163.315 acres of cultivable or cultivated lands, which right allegedly arises from the orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The petitioner is one of the family members who is said to be entitled to such assignment. The judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court is not produced herein. The petitioner seeks only consideration of Ext.P1 representation. The learned Special Government Pleader submits that the representation shall be considered within five months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment before the authority. The submission of the learned

Special Government Pleader is recorded. The 2nd respondent shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any other affected parties, if necessary, and orders passed within five months.

2. It is also made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merits with respect to the right for assignment of land.
