JUDGMENT

The 2nd respondent Investigating Officer in compliance with the order dated 30/10/2014 issued by this Court has filed a progress report dated 21/11/2014 wherein it is stated in paragraph 5 thereof that on the basis of investigation conducted it can be seen that the offence alleged has not taken place and that the Investigating Officer has filed a final report before the Judicial First Class Magistrte Court-I, Attingal on 19/11/2014 etc. In the light of the said report, Sri. G.Hariharan learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner is not pressing this writ petition with liberty to resort the remedies in accordance with law.
