JUDGMENT
The petitioner is aggrieved with the fact that the petitioner has been called for a five day orientation programme by the 3rd respondent between 6th and 10th of July, 2015, which coincides with the Entrance Examination scheduled by the 2nd respondent on 07.07.2015 and 08.07.2015. The orientation programme and interview of the 3rd respondent is for a Diploma course, while the Entrance Examination of the 2nd respondent is for a Graduate course. The petitioner seeks to appear in both and contends that the clash in fact disentitles him from appearing in either of the said selections.
2. Admittedly, Ext.P1 was issued on 20.06.2015. The petitioner has made a representation on 30.06.2015 and has approached this Court only one day prior to the Entrance
W.P(C). No.20205 of 2015 Examination scheduled by the 2nd respondent. Neither the 2nd respondent or the 3rd respondent would be able to re-arrange the scheduled programmes and notify all the students of a changed date. In such circumstances, this Court refuses to exercise discretion, and invoke the extra-ordinary jurisdiction. The writ petition would stand dismissed.
