J U D G M E N T

Aggrieved by the denial of approval to the appointment of the petitioner as an Upper Primary School Assistant, the petitioner and the Manager of the School have preferred Exts.P9 and P10 revisions before the 4th respondent. The limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P9 and P10 revision petitions, after hearing the petitioner and the Manager of the School, expeditiously.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P9 and P10 revision petitions preferred by the Manager of the School and the petitioner respectively, after hearing them, within a

W.P.(C).No.20265/2015 period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition along with a copy of this judgment, before the 4th respondent, for further action.
