JUDGMENT

Petitioner, claims to be a corporate manager, approached this Court aggrieved by non-sanctioning of plus two courses. Petitioner submits that overlooking the stipulations in the guidelines that corporate management should be given preference while granting plus two courses than the individual management, Government has accorded sanction to the 4th respondent. Petitioner submits that this is against Ext.P2 Government Order.

2.

The question is whether petitioner has been overlooked in the matter of sanctioning plus two courses has to be adverted by the Government.

3.

In that view of the matter, Government shall consider the matter after hearing the petitioner and 4th respondent. There shall be a direction to the first respondent to take appropriate decision within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

Sd/- A.MUHAMED MUSTAQUE, JUDGE.
