The petitioner challenging revenue recovery proceedings for tax liability has approached this Court.
2. The only request before this Court is that, he may be given installment facility to discharge the entire liability.
3. Taking note of the facts and circumstances, I am of the view that, the petitioner shall discharge the entire liability in twelve equal monthly installments starting from 25.07.2015 onwards. Needless to observe that the petitioner is liable to pay interest charges and other incidental expenses. If the petitioner commits default in paying any of the installments as directed above, the respondents are free to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law. All coercive proceedings against the petitioner shall be deferred in tune with the above directions.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
Sd/- A.MUHAMED MUSTAQUE, JUDGE.
