================ W.P (C) No. 20335 of 2015 ==================== Dated this, the 7th day of July, 2015

J U D G M E N T

Shaffique, J Petitioner has approached this Court seeking police protection inter alia contending that 4th respondent is creating nuisance and photographing the activities in a temple, which is situated within the residential compound of the petitioner. He had given Ext.P1 complaint alleging the aforesaid facts to the police and since no action has been taken by the police, this writ petition is filed.

2.

Perusal of Ext.P1 does not disclose any offence being committed by the respondents. Police can interfere only if there is commission of any offence or attempt to commit offence. We do not think that any such situation has arisen in the matter.

W.P(C) No.20335/15 -:2:- In the result, we do not find any reason to pass an order as prayed for. Writ petition is dismissed.
