J U D G M E N T
Ashok Bhushan, CJ Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging police harassment. Petitioner's case is that, already an order had been passed by the Family Court, Nedumangad on 3.1.2014 for custody of child. It is submitted that the police authorities have called the petitioner and threatened the petitioner to produce the child before them.

Learned Government Pleader on instructions would submit that the mother has already filed O.P (G & W) No.1061 of 2014 before the Family Court, Attingal, wherein, an order has been passed for giving custody of 2 years' child to the mother. On a complaint received from the mother, the 4th respondent has enquired the matter and there is no kind of any harassment. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall take appropriate steps with regard to the
W.P.(C) No.20337 of 2015 -: 2 :- subsequent order.
