J U D G M E N T

Shaffique, J.

This writ petition is filed seeking for police protection to the life of the petitioners and their family. It is alleged that the 3rd respondent and his men were creating threat and obstruction to the petitioners. A crime was also registered against the 3rd respondent.

An interim order was granted by this Court on 12.9.2013, by which, direction was issued to the police to give adequate protection to the petitioners.

Learned Government Pleader submits that after the interim order, no untoward incident has been reported . Hence, we close the writ petition permitting the petitioners to approach the police, if there is any further cause of action.
