JUDGMENT
Aggrieved by the denial of approval to the appointment of the petitioner as HSA (Physical Science), the petitioner and the Manager of the school have preferred separate revision petitions before the 1st respondent. Ext.P6 is the revision petition filed by the Manager, and Ext.P8 is the revision petition filed by the petitioner, before the 1st respondent. The limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P6 & P8 revision petitions, expeditiously, after hearing the petitioner and the Manager of the school. 2.
I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents.
On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P6 & P8 revision petitions filed by the Manager and the petitioner respectively, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the

While passing orders as directed, the 1st respondent shall take note of Ext.P5 order, that has been passed approving the appointment of Smt.Devika, in whose promotion vacancy, the petitioner was appointed as HSA. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition together with a copy of this judgment, before the 1st respondent for further action.
