JUDGMENT

The petitioner has challenged the proceedings under the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act, 2008, which, at the time of filing of the writ petition, had resulted in the seizure of the vehicle. The petitioner was directed to be granted release of the vehicle on certain conditions, as per order dated 28.08.2009. No further proceedings have been brought on record. In such circumstance, subject to the proceedings initiated under the Act, the writ petition would stand closed. Sd/- K.Vinod Chandran Judge.
