JUDGMENT

The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's application for re-issuing temporary permit.

The petitioner is the registered owner of stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-07-AX/5357 operating between Mundukottakkal and Thekkumbhagom. The petitioner alleges that he had already submitted application for re-issuing temporary permit, which has not so far been considered. There is warranting circumstances for issuance of temporary permit on the sector; it is alleged.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Senior Government Pleader in the matter. Considering the nature of the submissions and the nature of the relief sought for, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on

W.P.(C) No.20563 of 2015 -2Ext.P2 in the light of Ext.P3 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. To facilitate an early action, it shall be open to the petitioner to produce a copy of the writ petition as well as the copy of this judgment before the respondent at the earliest. Sd/- A.V.
