J U D G M E N T
The complaint is that proper investigation is not being carried out by the Police after the registration of the crime. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

The learned Public Prosecutor has reported that presently investigation has already been handed over to the Circle Inspector of Police and he is conducting the investigation. Over and above it, the offence has been altered as one under Section 307 IPC. It seems that the investigation is going on. Let the Police complete the
