JUDGMENT

Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents in considering Ext.P3 representation, the petitioner has come up before this Court.

2. The petitioner is a Doctorate (Ph.D Degree) Degree holder in Life Science under the faculty of Science as per Ext.P1. The petitioner had submitted Ext.P3 representation for changing his Original Doctorate Degree Certificate in Physiology under the faculty of Medical Science on 25.2.2012. A similarly situated person like the petitioner had obtained Ext.P5 order from the University of Calicut changing his Doctorate Degree from the faculty of Science to medicine basing on his later application dated 22.8.2012. It is with this background, the petitioner has come up before this Court.

3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner

WPC No.20610/2015 2 and the learned counsel for the respondents.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner confined his argument to the limited prayer for a direction to the respondent to consider Ext.P3 for passing appropriate orders thereon.

Hence, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation submitted by the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after affording the petitioner an opportunity of being heard.
