J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has filed Ext.P4 appeal before the 1st respondent. The same is pending before the 1st respondent. In the meanwhile, it is alleged, coercive proceedings have been threatened. It is in this context, the writ petition has been filed.

2. In the above circumstances, it is directed that interim application for stay, if any is filed, the 1st respondent herein, shall consider the same, at any rate, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. The coercive proceedings shall be stayed for a period of one month, and later shall be governed by the orders in appeal.

3. Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment before the 1st respondent for compliance.
