The above writ petition is filed by a contractor, aggrieved by the tender documents produced at Ext.P1, which contains a number of blanks, which disabled the petitioner from applying for the said contract. It is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that what actually transpired was that no person has applied in pursuance to Ext.P1 tender.

2. In such circumstance, definitely the Government would have to come out with a new tender notification and this Court can merely hope that the same would be done in a proper manner, taking note of Ext.P2 representation. The writ petition is disposed of.
