J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is aggrieved with the non-consideration of Ext.P1 application. The application is seen filed on 14.01.2014. The 2nd respondent definitely will have to look at Ext.P1 application for finalisation of Coastal Zone Management Plan within a period of two months from today. The 2nd respondent also shall be heard when the matter is being considered. Writ petition is disposed of.
