JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal. In view of the above, permission is granted. The coercive steps shall be deferred for a period of three weeks to enable the petitioner to work out the alternative remedy. The time taken before this Court shall be excluded.
