JUDGMENT

The petitioner could not attend the internal examination even though he had attended the external examination. All that the petitioner prays is to have an internal examination afresh. The second respondent College is not averse to the suggestion provided the petitioner pays the requisite fee in that regard. 2.

The second respondent shall intimate the petitioner about the fee to be remitted for conducting the internal examination afresh. The petitioner shall remit the fee within the time stipulated in the intimation and seek for the internal examination.

Every endeavour shall be made to conduct internal examination anew within a period of three months. The first respondent University shall thereafter issue a consolidated mark list to the petitioner on payment of the requisite fee. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
