A.K.JAYASANKARAN NAMBIAR, J.

............................................................. W.P.(C).No.24557 of 2012 ............................................................. Dated this the 29th day of May, 2015 J U D G M E N T The petitioner in the writ petition worked as a Project Officer in HLL Lifecare Ltd., during the period from 27.02.2012 to 25.06.2012. He was since relieved from duty with effect from 26.06.2012 pursuant to his tendering his resignation. In the writ petition, the relief sought for is for the payment of salary for the month of June 2012, which, according to the petitioner has been withheld. It is seen from the records that, by an interim order dated 25.03.2013, this Court had directed the 2nd and 3rd respondents to disburse to the petitioner his salary and allowances for the month of June 2012 within a week from the date of the order. It is not in dispute that, pursuant to the interim order, the petitioner received the said amounts.

Under the said circumstances, and taking note of the submissions of counsel on either side, I close the writ petition by making the interim order absolute.
