J U D G M E N T

Shaffique, J Petitioner has approached this Court seeking police protection inter alia contending that petitioner's husband had a business relationship with the 4th respondent at Qatar.

Petitioner's husband had also given certain amounts to the 4th respondent for settlement of the amount. However, the 4th respondent, when he came back to India, with respondents 5 and 6, have attacked the petitioner and her brother-in-laws, for which, a crime has been registered. Petitioner apprehends loss of life and accordingly she submitted a complaint to the police and since no action had been taken in the matter, has approached this Court. 2.

Learned Government Pleader on instructions would submit that the issue between the parties is with reference to the financial transaction between the 4th respondent and the petitioner's husband. In regard to the incident that occurred on

W.P(C) No.20800/15 -:2:- 27/6/2015, two crimes have been registered, one against the brother-in-law of the petitioner and the other against respondents 4 to 6 on the complaint of one the petitioner's brother-in-law. The crimes are under investigation. Thereafter, no untoward incident has been reported by either parties. Police is keeping a constant vigil on the activities of the petitioner, her brother-in-laws and respondents 4 to 6.

Having regard to the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Pleader, we do not think that any direction as sought for is required to be passed. We only observe that police shall keep a constant vigil on the activities of the parties involved in the matter and take necessary action if there is any offence committed or attempt to commit offence.
