JUDGMENT

The petitioner, a senior citizen, is aggrieved by the delay in disposing of Ext.P6 application made by the petitioner before the first respondent, for correction of mistake committed in recording the tenure in respect of the property having an extent of 37 cents belonging to him in old Survey No.443/2, 443/4 and 443/4B1 in Kainakary Village. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is given to the first respondent to consider and dispose of Ext.P6 application within a reasonable time.

2. The learned Government Pleader however points out that the petitioner's application had been forwarded to the 2nd respondent who is the competent authority to consider the same. In such circumstances, there will be a direction to the 2nd

W.P(C). No.20835 of 2015 respondent to consider Ext.P6 application at any rate within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of.
