J U D G M E N T

The petitioner suffers from 100% visual disability (left eye) evident from Ext.P2 medical certificate. The petitioner is hence unable to perform his duty as a driver. The petitioner has sought for category change in the circumstances. The provisions of Section 47 of the Persons with Disabilities (Equal opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 is relied on. The petitioner has also a case that monthly salary is in arrears. Salary from May, 2013 is claimed by the petitioner. Ext.P3 representation filed by the petitioner is pending consideration.

2. I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P3 representation with notice to the petitioner. The same shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
