JUDGMENT
The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondent to consider petitioner's application for temporary permit. 2.
The petitioner is operating a stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-3/K 2003 between Pathanamthitta and Adoor. The petitioner alleges that considering the need of the travelling public, he submitted Ext.P1 application for temporary permit for 20 days before the respondent. However, no action has been taken by the respondent so far; it is alleged. It is with this background, the petitioner has come up before this Court.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Senior Government Pleader in the matter. Considering the nature of the submissions and the nature of the relief sought for, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider Ext.P1 application for temporary
W.P.(C) No.20864 of 2015 -2permit within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
