J U D G M E N T

Ashok Bhushan, CJ Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging police harassment. Petitioner's case is that there was transaction of vehicle with the 3rd respondent, but, the 3rd respondent has not cleared the financial liability. He subsequently surrendered the vehicle. It is submitted that the first respondent has called the petitioner and is harassing him. 3.

Learned Government Pleader on instructions would submit that the petitioner was called due to a complaint submitted by the 3rd respondent. It is further submitted that the petitioner has never appeared before the police authorities nor there is any kind of harassment.

In the above view of the matter, we do not find that it is a case of police harassment. It shall be open for the petitioner to
