JUDGMENT
The petitioners are teachers, who are working in a Panchayat High School as High School Assistants. They are aggrieved by the non inclusion of their names in the teachers package, as also by the non consideration of their candidature for appointment as cluster coordinators under the Sarva Siksha Abhiyan programme. In this connection, they have preferred Ext.P8 representation before the 1st respondent and the limited prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P8 representation after hearing the petitioners.
2. Heard Sri.S.Subhash Chand, the learned counsel for the petitioners and Smt.M.J.Rajasree, the learned Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.1 and 2.
3. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the Bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P8 representation preferred by the petitioners, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioners.
W.P.(C) No.20902 of 2015 (K) While passing orders as directed, the 1st respondent shall take note of Exts.P2 to P5 orders relied upon by the petitioners in support of their claim.
