JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks disbursement of monthly pension with arrears, death cum retirement gratuity and commuted value of pension. There is also a claim for 1997 pay revision arrears. Ext.P2 representation is pending consideration. 2.

I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P2 representation with notice to the petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
