JUDGMENT
A similar issue with respect to placement in the next Grade on completion of 5 years of actual service in the respondent University as per the Technical Cadre (Scientific) Rules adopted by them with effect from 18.08.1992 came up for consideration in WP(C) No.7123 of 2008. A learned Single Judge of this Court by judgment dated 03.01.2014 recorded the submission of the parties that the request for concurrence is pending with the Government and the University has opted to wait for the concurrence of the Government. The said writ petition was closed recording the same.
In such circumstance, as done in the aforecited case, the above writ petition is also closed, leaving open all the contentions of either parties.
