J U D G M E N T

Ext.P2 order placing the petitioner under suspension from service is impugned. It now transpires that the petitioner has been reinstated in service and posted at Vizhijam Depot. The petitioner seeks a posting in the Thiruvananathapuram City Depot where he was earlier working. The respondents point out that disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner are pending.

2. It is open to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent seeking appropriate posting. Such representation if filed within three weeks from today shall be dealt with within six weeks therefrom. The possibility of expediting the disciplinary proceedings and posting the petitioner at appropriate Depot shall be explored. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
