Dated this the 18th day of August, 2015 J U D G M E N T The petitioner, who is the Manager of a School is aggrieved by the non-sanctioning of posts of HSST Junior to his School. In connection with the said grievance, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P9 representation before the 2nd respondent. The limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P9 representation expeditiously after hearing the petitioner.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P9 representation preferred by the petitioner, after taking note of the various Government Orders referred to in the said representation and after hearing the petitioner, within a period of one

month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition along with a copy of this judgment before the 2nd respondent for further action.
