J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is a contractor engaged by the first respondent for providing gate and security cabin in front of the Ambedker Complex at Mannanthala. The petitioner has approached this Court on account of the delay in disbursement the amount due to the petitioner.

The learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent submits that they have already forwarded their recommendation to the fourth respondent and it is for the fourth respondent to disburse the amount.

Therefore, considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to take necessary steps to settle the bills within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
