2.
No notice is being issued to the 2nd respondent in view of the order, which is being passed in the writ petition. 3.
The petitioner, an educational institution, has come up with this writ petition seeking for a direction to the first respondent to grant sufficient protection for the smooth running of the educational institution from the threat of the 2nd respondent. Petitioner's case is that on 8.6.2015 certain outsiders came in the campus and created obstruction in the running of the institution. He submits that the college cannot be run unless police protection is provided.
4.
Learned Government Pleader submits that the police were not informed of any incident on 8.6.2015. Complaint was submitted only on 10.6.2015. Thereafter, the police authorities went there and informed the management that they are ready to provide police protection as and when required.
W.P.(C) No.21074 of 2015 -: 2 :- 5.
In the above view of the matter, we see no reason to issue any direction as prayed for in this writ petition. It shall be open for the petitioner to approach the police authorities by filing appropriate complaint as and when situation arises, who shall look into the matter and do the needful in accordance with law. With the above observation, this writ petition is closed. Sd/- ASHOK BHUSHAN CHIEF JUSTICE Sd/- A.M. SHAFFIQUE J UDGE Jvt`
