JUDGMENT
The petitioner is seeking a direction to settle the timings and to issue the regular permit on the route between Tholanur and Chittur in respect of stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-09/J-432.

The petitioner was the applicant for the grant of a regular permit. The petitioner alleges that the RTA, Palakkad granted the regular permit subject to settlement of timings. The regular permit has not been issued to the petitioner as the timings have not been settled.

The learned Senior Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the regular permit granted in the year 6.7.2010, was subsequently recalled on 30.11.2010. Against that the petitioner has approached the STAT and the same was also dismissed.
W.P.(C) No. 21142 of 2015 -2As the petitioner has approached this court suppressing the material facts, the writ petition is dismissed. The petitioner shall pay sum of Rs.10,000/- towards the cost to the respondent within one month from today, failing which the respondent shall get the same realised through revenue recovery proceedings.
