JUDGMENT
The petitioner alleges unauthorised construction by the third respondent in a vacant public place. The petitioner contends that this is right in front of his property and impedes his egress and ingress to the same. This ofcourse is emphatically denied by the third respondent who contends that only some vegetables are grown along the sides by the Development Committee.
2.
The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P2 representation with the first respondent. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P2 representation with notice to the petitioner and respondents 2 and 3. The needful shall be done within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
