J U D G M E N T

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor has reported that the investigation of this case is over and Final Report has been filed. Even though the Final Report has been filed, the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Irinjalakuda has returned the Final Report for want of the report from the FSL. Even though the materials were forwarded to the FSL on 14.12.2012, the report has not been received. The

W.P.(C).No.21163 of 2015 investigating officer is directed to approach the FSL and to obtain the report from the FSL at the earliest, and to file Final Report in the matter expeditiously.

With the said direction to the investigating officer, this Writ Petition (Civil) is closed.
