JUDGMENT

The petitioners complaining of unauthorised parking of taxi motor vehicles in front of their shops. Ext.P2 complaint put in by the petitioners in this regard is pending consideration with the third respondent.

I direct the third respondent to consider Ext.P2 complaint with notice to the petitioners as well as the respondents 1,2 and 4. The same shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
