J U D G M E N T

The petitioner seeks continuance in a daily wage employment. The writ petition has been filed contending that there is a threat of retrenchment. 2.

The learned Standing Counsel for the Panchayat submits that as of now they do not intend to terminate him. However, if a regular appointment is made, definitely the petitioner's services has to be terminated.

With that reservation, the writ petition would stand closed.
