JUDGMENT

The petitioner approaches this Court, through the present writ petition, seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P3 application, for revision of timings relating to his stage carriage.

2.The petitioner, is a stage carriage operator, and registered owner of bus bearing registration No.KL-58D-3367, which is covered with a regular permit to operate on the route Kozhikode - Mukkam via Medical College, Puvathuparabu and Mavoor. The timings of the above vehicle have been settled in accordance with the order of this Court and also with the proceedings dated 08.11.2011. Subsequent to the allotment of timings to the petitioner, several other services were introduced in the same sector and the timings of several services have also been changed and, therefore, the petitioner submitted Ext.P3 application for revision of his own timings before the respondent. Petitioner prays for an expeditious consideration of his application.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P3 application, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all those who are likely to be affected, within a period of one month, from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of.
