JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner on the ground that in spite of Ext.P3 application, respondent authority has not cared to consider his application for re-settling of timings.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that as per the instruction received by her, the petitioner is not the owner of the vehicle bearing registration No.Kl-4 K 9340 referred to in Ext.P3 application. Learned counsel for the petitioner on the other hand submits that even though in the registration book the name of the petitioner differs but he is the true owner of the vehicle and therefore, he is entitled to get the timings revised.

4. After appreciating the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, I
