JUDGMENT

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader.

2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging police harassment. They have sought for a direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 not to summon and harass the petitioner and his daughters in connection with the investigation of Crime No.478 of 2015. Crime No.478/15 has been registered against the 1st petitioner's wife under Sections 409 and 420 IPC. Petitioners' case is that 1st petitioner along with his two daughters were summoned to the police station and asked to wait till evening.

3. Learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that in connection with the investigation of the crime, 1st petitioner was called on telephone. It is submitted that 2nd and 3rd petitioners were never called and 1st petitioner has not even appeared at the police station.

WP(C) No. 21483 of 2015 -:2:- In view of the fact that the specific case of 1st respondent is that 2nd and 3rd petitioners were never called, we record the said submission. We do not find any police harassment in the present case. Hence the Writ Petition is closed.
