JUDGMENT

These writ petitions are filed by the petitioners contending that they are not issued with necessary permit for the motor cabs for transporting passengers in spite of producing registration book and other details.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader submitted that the next RTA meeting is scheduled to 6.8.2015 and therefore, there will be positive direction to the Regional Transport Authority, Alappuzha to take a decision in the case of the petitioners on that day itself.
