JUDGMENT

The only grievance of the petitioner is that he was not issued with statement of account in respect of the loan account bearing No.67061165067 from 11.6.2008 onwards.

In that view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to issue statement of account to the petitioner within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, if not already issued.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
