JUDGMENT

Aggrieved by the denial of approval to the appointment of the petitioner as UPSA for the period prior to 03.06.2013, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P11 representation before the 2nd respondent. The limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P11 representation preferred by her, expeditiously, after hearing the petitioner.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P11 representation, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition together with a copy of this judgment before the 2nd respondent, for further action.
