J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is aggrieved with the mutation not being effected, with respect to the property he has obtained conveyance by Ext.P1 settlement deed. The petitioner admittedly has obtained conveyance of 13 Ares 76 M2 of property.

2. The respondents are directed to consider Ext.P4, if not already considered and effect mutation of the property and accept tax from the petitioner under the Kerala Land Tax Act, 1961, if there is no legal impediment. The learned Government Pleader submits that there is a direction to produce legal heirship certificate. The petitioner shall definitely comply with the same and the consideration shall be made within a period of three months from the date of production of the certified copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of.
