=========================================== W.P.(C). No. 21643 of 2015 ===================================================== Dated this the 17th day of July, 2015
JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who is working as an Anganwadi worker apprehends that her services will be terminated even before the expiry of the period for which she was appointed. Although there is nothing in the writ petition that would indicate that there is a real threat of termination of the services of the petitioner, the petitioner appears to have preferred Ext.P8 representation before the 2nd respondent and the only prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P8 representation preferred by her, expeditiously, after hearing the petitioner.
2.
I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P8 representation, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of
-2W.P.(C). No. 21643 of 2015 this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition together with a copy of this judgment before the 2nd respondent, for further action. I make it clear that till such time as orders are passed on the representation and communicated to the petitioner, the services of the petitioner shall not be terminated.
