Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1, 2 and 4. No notice is being issued to the 3rd respondent in view of the judgment which is being passed.

Petitioner by this writ petition prays for a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate and effective police protection for discharging his duties as Manager and properties of the school. Allegations have been made in the writ petition against the 3rd respondent, who is said to be President of Parent Teachers Association. It is submitted that obstructions are being created by members of the PTA in discharging his duties as Manager. Petitioner in this context has filed Ext.P1 complaint to the Sub Inspector of Police.

Learned Government Pleader after obtaining
W.P(C) No.21664/15 -:2:- instructions submits that Ext.P1 complaint filed by the petitioner was enquired and statements were taken and it was found that there are no such incidents on which any case can be registered. From the facts, which have been brought on the record, it does appear that there are some issues between the Manager and the members of the PTA Association. We only observe that in the event any offence is committed or there is attempt to commit offence, it shall be open for the petitioner to file a complaint.
